Is it worth the money? Is it worth the commitment?
My experience with Pure Barre
While my experience with Pure Barre began when I was a teenager looking for a place to workout and learn basic moves, my opinion has always been that this club provides a high quality of training and an atmosphere most people enjoy. While not everyone will enjoy Pure Barre’s style of classes, those who do are usually very pleased with the experience. My first class was a first class promotion into Pure Barre. It took a bit of getting used to but once I became familiar with the equipment, the style of the class was fun, challenging, and fit my needs.
With one class under my belt, I was hooked! I booked a second class and joined another member from that club. Now, we were able to schedule our workouts around our schedules and my workouts began to pick up in intensity as we both worked on different Pure Barre exercises. But, as with any new workout or sport, my enthusiasm began to fade somewhat as the weeks went by. This is when I learned that a lot of people like myself get stuck on this kind of exercise and Pure Barre does not offer any band-aids or quick fixes.
Pure Barre workouts
This type of program and Pure Barre workouts push you harder than other programs do. You have to push yourself to advance further and you must have stamina to keep pushing yourself. If you’re not one hundred percent committed, you may find yourself falling behind and quitting before you reach your goal. This is not an ideal situation for any aspiring athlete. For this reason, it’s important to select a gym that can properly motivate its members so that they’ll keep at it until they reach their goals.
When my motivation started to slip, my next move was to start reading Pure Barre reviews to get some information about what other Pure Barre instructors have said about their own classes. I read about the types of Pure Barre workouts and the instructor’s experience. Most of the reviews were positive, but there was one that stood out to me.
While reading a review, I noticed that one of the instructors said that the Pure Barre workouts really push people’s abs to the limit, which is what I had been looking for. The motivating factor that made it worth my while to join a local gym is the instructors’ experience and their knowledge of the equipment and Pure Barre exercises. These instructors were all quite experienced and really knew what they were doing.
I was able to tell from reading many Pure Barre reviews that Pure Barre classes include a lot of cardiovascular movements, which are ideal to burn fat. The Pure Barre instructor will instruct you on how to perform these movements properly and how fast to complete them in order to get the best results. The Pure Barre movements are designed to build up your strength and flexibility so that your muscles can be tight and flexible for ultimate stamina. That explains why Pure Barre class pass by burns fat and builds muscle simultaneously.
I liked that the Pure Barre workout never felt like overkill or a workout I had to do twice. I felt like I was always moving at a good pace and I was constantly pushing myself to the limit. I never felt like I ran out of gas and I got a nice feeling knowing that every Pure Barre movement was helping me build my body and my muscles. I felt like I was getting a good value for the money I was paying.
